Why This Business Exists

For a long time a Miami-Dade homeowner with a house that would not sell was given three answers: list it with an agent, try to sell it yourself, or keep making the payments and wait. When none of those fit, the only remaining offer was usually a discounted cash price.

Opulent Houses started in 2018 to add a fourth answer. If the timing is the problem rather than the price, there is usually a structure that solves the timing without asking you to give up the price.

How We Work

Every conversation starts with a free 15-minute analysis. We look at the property, the mortgage, and what you actually need to happen, then explain which of the four structures fits and what each one would pay you. If none of them fit, we say so.

• Rent to own — a qualified tenant-buyer pays you cash up front and guaranteed rent, and closes at your full price.
• Mortgage takeover — we take over the payments on an existing loan so the monthly loss stops.
• Seller financing — you act as the bank and collect monthly payments with interest.
• A cash offer — the fastest option, and the one that pays the least.

There is no fee for the analysis and no obligation. We work in writing first, so you have time to read everything and share it with your own attorney before deciding anything.
